Ordered 3 lights, arrived quickly. The prices are very reasonable and the lights are a very good quality. Returned 2, the process was quite easy and well explained (returned to Germany, so more paperwork involved, but not excessive). I did have to email about the time of the refund, a lot of companies take up to 30 days. Email was replied by the end of the day and a couple of days later the refund was issued. Wanted another light to go with the one I kept from the original ordered, (needed a pair) couldn’t find it on the website, another email to customer services, which was answered promptly with the information that I needed. Light ordered and delivered quickly. I would definitely recommend this company.

I would have been grateful to have been texted on my mobile about the first futile attempt to deliver ( Sunday 10:15 am) while I was in church and had no idea. In times when we have constraints it helps to keep the efficiency at it highest. Other than that all good. Fantastic service from the staff in Germany.

Brilliant selection, brilliant service and a fantastic ‘no questions asked’ returns policy. We don’t even bother going anywhere else now, you get what you pay for.

Second purchase a the first was damaged by high winds, great product with flame lamps fitted, would recommend.

Amazing quality price and service

This fan is probably the quietest and most effective one I have come across. Looks great on the ceiling, and delivery was very fast. What’s not to love.
